Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any course, subscription, or training service on our platform. By using Knowbots LMS, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Overview


We strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory learning experience. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under certain conditions as outlined in this policy. This Refund Policy is compliant with applicable laws in India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules issued thereunder.


2. Refund Eligibility

A. Self-Paced Courses (Individual Purchase)


A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or completed, and
  • No certificate has been generated.

B. Live/Instructor-Led Courses
  • A full refund is allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
  • No refund will be issued once the course begins, unless:
    • The course is cancelled by Pheme Software Pvt. Ltd.
    • There is a significant deviation from the course structure described or delivery.

C. Subscription Plans
  • Subscriptions (monthly/annual) are non-refundable once the subscription term begins.
  • You may cancel renewal anytime to avoid charges for the next cycle.

D. Corporate/Institutional Purchases


All enterprise, bulk, or institutional purchases are subject to custom agreements. Refunds will be governed by those contracts.


3. Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • User fails to attend, complete, or access the course after enrollment.
  • The course is completed, or certificate has been issued.
  • User was found in violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.
  • Refund requests made after the applicable window (7-day/48-hour) has expired.
  • Free courses or promotional offers.
  • Downloadable content or study material purchased as a standalone item.

4. Refund Process


To initiate a refund:


Email your request to support_knowbots@phemesoft.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Course/Plan Name
  • Reason for the refund request


Our support team will review your request and verify eligibility within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll receive confirmation via email.


5. Mode of Refund


All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets (if applicable)


We are not liable for delays caused by payment gateway providers or banking partners.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes


Unwarranted chargebacks without attempting our internal refund process may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your Knowbots account.
  • Rejection of future course enrollments.
  • Legal recovery proceedings as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Indian Contract Act, 1872.

7. Exceptions


In exceptional situations (such as technical glitches, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions), you may contact our support team for a manual refund review, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


8. Policy Updates


Pheme Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notifications or email.
